Tobin's 50,000 square-foot facility features energy efficient office/conferencing with 45,000 square feet of lean manufacturing floor space. It also houses a complete metrology lab for quality inspection and an assembly/ packaging room, each featuring fresh, positive air flow environments.
The shipping area occupies an additional 8,000 square feet and is the primary staging area for our just-in-time bar stock and other raw material inventory. The entire manufacturing area is air conditioned, bright and spacious. Our lean techniques have allowed us to create an extremely efficient workflow which provides employees with a clean and safe work environment.
The facility also boasts a spacious employee locker area and second story kitchen/lounge which overlooks the plant. The investment, in turn has led to a very productive and appreciative workforce.
